Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns

As our products are handmade and may not be perfect in finish, we will review requests to return a product on individual case basis and we reserve the right to reject a request to return your purchase.

  • Requests to return a purchase must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Kindly note that you will not be entitled to return or exchange your item if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A photograph of reason for return must be taken as soon as customer receives the good and sent to [email protected] for our consideration.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (If applicable)


We do not provide refunds, unless stated otherwise.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Exchanges can be made subject to the following conditions:

  • Only full-priced items in original packaging, have not been damaged or altered in any way.
  • Kindly note that items exchanged can only be made for ready-to-wear items, unless stated otherwise.
  • Kindly note that custom clutches, sale items and pre-ordered items are not entitled for an exchange, unless stated otherwise.
  • Azooi will charge a shipping and handling fee for exchanged items to be sent to the customer.
  • Azooi will bear the shipping and handling fee for instances when an item was wrongly shipped only.
  • The customer will be required to pay the difference should the amount of the exchanged item exceed the price of purchased item.
  • Exchanges can only be made once, and all exchanges are final.

How to Exchange :

  • Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please state the invoice number, along with the item received and reason of exchange.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, we will email you an Exchange Authorization Reference number and provide you with all the details.
  • All exchange items must be approved by Azooi with an Exchange Authorization Reference number. Any items received without prior approval will not be accepted.

Azooi has the rights to deny any exchange request although the conditions above are met.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


The estimated delivery time of your exchanged product may vary depending on where you reside.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
